Our Team

Monica Tillett, PT, DPT

Dr. Monica Tillett is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and the owner of New Direction Rehabilitation & Wellness, Incorporated. She has over a decade of experience as a physical therapist, and is very passionate about helping seniors maintain their independence at home and in their community.

Monica believes that your quality of life and activity level should not decrease as you age, but that you should continue all efforts necessary to live a normal life.  She also believes her mobile physical therapy clinic will add to your quality of life by performing activities that are important to you.

Monica has extensive experience treating patients with Alzheimer's/Dementia, Cardiopulmonary, Orthopedic, and Neurological disorders; however, balance and falls prevention is her specialty.  She is also trained to treat Vertigo.

Meeting people where they are (physical location and physical condition) is what's so unique to Monica.  "Cookie Cutter" routines just won't do.  Even during these uncertain times, she is even able to make telehealth personalized.  She especially loves that telehealth will allow her to reach more people, not just those living in the Piedmont Triad of NC (High Point, Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Kernersville, and surrounding areas).

Give Monica a call today for the Concierge Experience!
