We apologize, but we are only able to service our current clients and are not accepting any new clients at this time.  We will let you know when we are opening appointments for new clients.    

We no longer bill insurance, and now only provide cash-based wellness services.  If you need assistance locating a company who bills insurance we can give recommendations.  Our goal is to impact our community by helping adults avoid falls, stay strong, and maintain their independence at home and in their community; and our cash-based wellness services allow us to help you in any area that is important to you....not just what the insurance deems important.  

$195 per visit

$150 per visit, if purchase 8 visits or more
