With over 18 years of experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr. Monica has helped countless adults improve balance, reduce pain, and maintain their independence.

She is also:

  • A PWR! Moves Certified Therapist specializing in Parkinson’s movement management
  • A Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor (CFNC)

Her unique expertise allows her to bridge the gap between movement and nutrition, creating a truly holistic approach to health and physical function.
